Getting a beautiful print can mean trimming fur, cleaning paws, finding supplies, making multiple impressions, cleaning up afterward - and sometimes waiting until the team member who's particularly good at them is available.

Photography changes that. A standardized capture can preserve the paw's proportions, pad placement, contours, texture, and other identifying details without requiring your team to create the finished keepsake in the hospital.

What is a Pactile?

We recommend every hospital follow the Capture Every Paw* (*We use this because it’s a catchy slogan to ensure photo capture is always part of the workflow, but we can work with most any body feature - paws, noses, tails, ears, hooves, wings, etc.) regardless of which level they choose.

Capture Every Paw

Build standardized feature (paw, nose, etc.) capture into your end-of-life workflow. Families receive access to their pet’s preserved feature in the form of a digital download and can choose to add physical keepsakes, such as our textured Pactile prints, directly through Textured Memories for up to one year after their pet passes away. The hospital also gets access to the digital print to use as they like for sympathy cards or other communication.

Include a Pactile

Make a textured Pactile print part of your hospital's standard end-of-life or euthanasia package. You capture the paw, nose, or other feature. We create a textured Pactile print on either a canvas or on a sympathy card of your design shipped to either the hospital or directly to the client. They share this gift (and the fact you gave it to them) with the world.
